The Gigil Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products and that is why each Gigil item comes with a one-year warranty for any manufacturing faults, from the date of purchase.

How it works

With a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation e-mail or order number), we are happy to exchange all items that have manufacturing faults up to one year. Where possible, we will offer a repair of your item first, however if a repair can not be carried out, we will offer a replacement/exchange.

If your product is within the warranty period, please contact our customer care team at support@gigil.com and include your proof of purchase, along with details of the fault and supporting photos or videos.

What it doesn't cover

  • Accidental damage and wear and tear from general everyday use. For example, scuffs, snags, tears, scratches etc.
  • Loose threads which can be easily cut.
  • Lost items.
  • Zips that have worked for 6 months as we class this as wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect as this will be down to misuse.
  • Bags that show excessive wear and tear.

Additional Information

  • Our guarantee does not restart again if you have received a replacement bag. The guarantee starts from the date of the original purchase date.
  • Replacement bags do not include changing mats or accessories, so please keep hold of these from your original bag.
  • If we no longer sell your item, you will be offered either store credit or an item of a similar value.
  • Any marks, scuffs, snags that we are not aware of after 14 days of receipt of your order will be classed as wear and tear or misuse.
  • If you receive a bag that has any missing accessories (pram clip, straps or changing mats), please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your order for us to issue replacements.
