We believe in the quality of our products and that is why each Gigil item comes with a one-year warranty for any manufacturing faults, from the date of purchase.

How it works

With a valid proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange all items that have manufacturing faults up to one year. Where possible, we will offer a repair of your item first, however if a repair can not be carried out, we will offer a replacement/exchange.
If your product is within the warranty period, please contact our customer care team at support@gigil.com and include your proof of purchase, along with details of the fault and supporting photos or videos.

What it doesn't cover

• Accidental damage and wear and tear from general everyday use. For example, scuffs, snags, tears etc.
• Lost items.
• Zips that have worked for 6 months as we class this as wear and tear and not a manufacturing defect as this will be down to misuse.
• Bags that show excessive wear and tear.

Additional Information

• Our guarantee does not restart again if you have received a replacement bag. The guarantee starts from the date of the original purchase date.
• Replacement bags do not include changing mats or accessories, so please keep hold of these from your original bag.
• If we no longer sell your item, you will be offered either store credit or an item of a similar value.

All Gigil products are made from the highest quality and most durable materials we can find. Here are some handy tips on how to keep your products in the best condition.

How to care for your changing bag/buggy organiser

Our changing bags fit more than just the essentials, however if you overfill the bags this can lead to strain on the stitching and vegan leather which can lead to rips and tears if you are not careful.

External Cleaning

Wipe using a damp cloth or sponge. Please do not use any sanitiser, wipes, or spray as this will discolour and stain your bag.

Internal Cleaning

All our bags have a water-resistant Gigil lining which can be wiped clean. Please do not put your Gigil bag in the washing machine as this may damage the bag as well as your washing machine!

How to care for your Teddy Nappy Caddy

External Cleaning

To help keep the teddy fleece material looking fresh ensure to act quickly for any small spills of stains. Blot up any excess liquid with a clean, absorbent cloth and mix a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Dampen a clean cloth in the solution, making sure to wring it out thoroughly so it's not soaking wet, and gently dab the stain. Avoid scrubbing, as this can spread the stain or damage the fleece.

Internal Cleaning

The wipeable interior makes cleaning up spills and messes a breeze. Simply wipe down the inside with a damp cloth and mild soap.

How to care for the 3 in 1 Travel Cot

The 3 in 1 travel cot can be cleaned using a damp cloth or sponge. The mattress cover is removable and can be hand washed.

Changing Mats

Our changing mats are machine washable at 30 degrees.

Zips

If your zipper gets stuck, avoid pulling it free if there is tension in the zip as this can cause the zip teeth to bend and the zip will become harder to close and open. This can also happen if there is pressure on the zip from the bag being overfilled. We also advise opening your bag whilst the base of the bag is supported so the zips do not have too much pressure on them whilst you open the bag.

Pram Clips

All our changing bags and buggy organisers come with matching pram clips. Please only use the pram clips to hang your bag from your pram. If they get stiff, try lip balm or candle wax to loosen them up.
