I messaged customer service about some replacement straps for my bag and they were very quick and efficient at responding. Sent new straps out that day. Unfortunately they didn't arrive (no fault of their own) and when I messaged again about it customer service were quick to respond again and sent them via tracked delivery. I got them 2 days later. I love the bag and even though I had a fault the customer service was fantastic!
